The Two Worlds of Jennie Logan
Jennie Logan and her husband move into an elegant but slightly decaying Victorian manor, hoping a change of scenery will mend their fractured marriage. While exploring the house, Jennie unearths an antique dress in the attic; when she slips it on she is suddenly swept back in time to the same house a century earlier. The film opens into a hauntingly detailed past where the boundaries between memory and reality begin to blur.
In the past she meets David, the previous owner of the house, and a tender, complicated romance takes root. As Jennie becomes more entwined with David, her feelings intensify and her attachment to the present frays, leaving her emotionally pulled between two men and two different eras. The relationship is charged with longing and the bittersweet ache of love that seems both inevitable and impossible.
Tension builds when danger creeps into both timelines, forcing Jennie to confront threats that are physical, emotional, and supernatural in tone. The movie balances gothic atmosphere and period detail with psychological suspense, asking whether Jennie’s experiences are a true time slip or a desperate escape from a troubled marriage. Ultimately, The Two Worlds of Jennie Logan is a moody, romantic drama about choices, identity, and the haunting power of the past.
