Gator

Fresh out of prison, Gator McKlusky retreats to a cabin in the Okefenokee Swamp to live with his father and get back into the moonshine business, but his plans are derailed when a federal agent threatens to take away his nine-year-old daughter unless he helps bring down local crime boss Bama McCall. Forced into a corner, Gator reluctantly agrees and steps back into a dangerous world of bootleggers, crooked officials, and violent enforcers. His rough-hewn charm and knowledge of the swamp become his greatest assets as he navigates betrayals and shifting loyalties.

Gator enlists the fearless reporter Aggie Maybank and a handful of colorful locals—swamp eccentrics who know every hidden channel and backroad—to mount a takedown of McCall’s empire. The film balances gritty action with Southern wit and the quest for redemption, following a flawed antihero determined to protect his child and set things right on his own terms.
