The Last Dragon

Leroy Green is a likable, karate-obsessed young man on a quest to achieve the mythical final level of martial arts mastery known as the "glow." Living in 1980s New York and idolizing martial arts cinema, he balances comic self-confidence with genuine heart as he searches for a true master. Along the way he becomes entangled in the jazzed-up world of a glamorous nightclub singer and a sleazy record producer who will stop at nothing to control her career.

To claim his destiny Leroy must face off against a flamboyant, ruthless rival and overcome his own doubts, delivering energetic fight sequences, colorful characters, and a soundtrack soaked in '80s pop and R&B. Equal parts action, humor, and romance, the film mixes martial-arts spectacle with a warm message about self-respect, community, and finding the power that comes from within.
