David Hallyday, born David Michael Benjamin Smet on August 14, 1966, in Boulogne-Billancourt, is a multi-talented French artist known for his work as a singer, songwriter, and amateur sports car racer. As the son of the legendary French singers Johnny Hallyday and Sylvie Vartan, David inherited a passion for music and performance from a young age.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the entertainment industry, David Hallyday carved his own path in the music world, establishing himself as a prolific songwriter.
