Frank C. Turner, a versatile actor and talented iconographer, hails from Wainwright, Alberta, and currently resides in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. With a solid foundation in theatre, he honed his craft at the University of Alberta, earning a BFA in 1975. Following his graduation, Turner embarked on a journey across western Canada and Ontario, showcasing his acting prowess on various theatrical stages.

In 1983, Turner made the pivotal decision to transition to the world of film, a move that would shape his career trajectory. Since then, he has become a familiar face in the Vancouver film scene, leaving an indelible mark with his memorable performances. Turner's filmography boasts an array of notable credits, including his roles in beloved movies such as "Air Bud," "Cats & Dogs," and "Snow Dogs," where his talent shines through on the silver screen.
