Hironori Kondoh (近藤 浩徳, Kondō Hironori; born November 14, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor, stage actor, and narrator from Isogo, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. He has been a member of Atomic Monkey since 2008. He graduated from Katsuta Seiyu Gakuin (Katsuta Voice Actor Academy). From 2007 to 2020, he was a member of the theater company Gekidan HeroHero Q Company (commonly known as HeroQ).

Universal Century 0068, Side 3 - The Autonomous Republic of Munzo. Zeon Zum Deikun attempts to declare complete independence of Munzo from the Earth Federation Government, while he preaches the evolutionary potential of humans who have advanced into outer space. Deikun however suddenly falls to his death in the middle of his speech at parliament.
