Kim Novak, born Marilyn Pauline Novak on February 13, 1933, made her mark as a captivating film and television actress in the 1950s and 1960s. After signing with Columbia Pictures in 1954, she quickly rose to fame with her stunning performances in a variety of films. One of her most memorable roles was in Alfred Hitchcock's iconic thriller "Vertigo" (1958), where she portrayed the complex characters of Judy Barton and Madeleine Elster with depth and nuance.

Novak's on-screen presence was magnetic, and she shared the screen with legendary actors like James Stewart, William Holden, and Frank Sinatra. Her versatility allowed her to seamlessly transition between genres, from dramas like "Picnic" (1955) to musicals such as "Pal Joey" (1957).
