Pierre Cosso, born Pierre-Alexandre Cosso on September 24, 1961, in Algiers, is a multi-talented French actor and singer-songwriter. He first captured the hearts of audiences with his role as Sophie Marceau's boyfriend in the beloved teen comedy-drama La Boum 2 (1982). Throughout the 1980s, Cosso established himself as a teen idol in Europe, with standout performances in films like Cinderella '80 (1984) where he portrayed the charming Mizio.

Beyond his early success, Cosso continued to showcase his versatility as an actor in various film and television projects. In the American film An American Werewolf in Paris (1997), he impressed audiences with his portrayal of the werewolf Claude. His talent shone through in leading roles in television series such as Les Cœurs brûlés (1992) and Les Yeux d'Hélène (1994), displaying his range and depth as an actor.
