His dedication to honing his craft led him to establish a summer theatre company in the Sierra Nevadas and later earn an MFA in acting at UC San Diego. Prior to his professional acting career, Frank held various jobs, including working as a forest firefighter, diaper service dispatcher, and substitute teacher, showcasing his diverse background and experiences.

With over 150 productions under his belt, Frank has showcased his talent both off Broadway and in regional theaters in cities like Boston, Denver, and California. His theatrical repertoire is vast, ranging from classic roles like "Puck" in A Midsummer Night's Dream to more complex characters like "Miss Havisham" in Great Expectations and "Jacob Marley" in A Christmas Carol.
