He graduated from the Acting School of the Teatro Stabile in Genoa in 1991 and furthered his skills with three years of opera singing at the Niccolò Paganini Conservatory in Genoa. Throughout his career, Pannelli has collaborated with renowned figures in the Italian theater scene, including Valerio Binasco, Cristina Pezzoli, and Marco Sciaccaluga.

Pannelli's theatrical journey has been enriched by his collaborations with esteemed institutions such as the Teatro Stabile of Genoa, where he has worked with directors like Benno Besson, Massimo Mesciulam, and Vittorio Gassman.
