Belinda Peregrín Schüll, known simply as Belinda, was born on August 15, 1989, in Madrid. From a young age, she showcased her talent in both singing and acting, starting her career as a child actress at just ten years old. Signing with BMG in 2002 marked the beginning of her musical journey, leading to the release of her debut album, self-titled as Belinda, in 2004.

Throughout the following years, Belinda made a significant impact on the Latin pop music scene, earning her the title of "the princess of Latin pop." Her songs, such as "Boba chica nice" and "Ángel," became international hits, solidifying her position as a prominent figure in popular culture. In 2006, she released her second album, "Utopia," where she took creative control by composing all the songs, including the standout track "Light Without Gravity."

Expanding her career into the acting world, Belinda made her film debut in 2006 with a starring role in the Disney film "The Cheetah Girls 2."
