When her life unravels—career setbacks, heartbreak, and a retreat from the world—soft-spoken actress Laura Franco retreats into the one place that should offer refuge: her apartment. Instead she finds something impossible hiding in her closet, a terrifying yet oddly charismatic creature that refuses to be ignored. Their unlikely encounter forces Laura out of silence; the creature’s strange blend of menace and charm becomes the catalyst for her to re-examine the parts of herself she’d been running from.
